We are proud to share that TBC.London has been named Jury Winner for Adaptive Reuse of the Year at the Archello Awards 2025.
The Archello Awards celebrate excellence in architecture and design – looking at projects globally. Organised by Archello, a leading architecture and design platform, the awards recognise projects that push boundaries in creativity, sustainability, and innovation.
This year’s competition attracted more than 1,000 entries from across the globe, judged by an international panel of 120 experts.
TBC.London stood out for its approach to sustainability and design. Developed by FORE Partnership and designed by Stiff + Trevillion, the project reimagined a 1980s office building overlooking Tower Bridge, creating a forward-thinking workplace that sensitively blends heritage with environmental innovation.
We have stripped the building back to its concrete frame, added landscaped terraces, and hand-laid 180,000 bricks. Inside, we’ve created open, flexible spaces with ultra-low embodied carbon and pioneering material reuse - including 40 tonnes of salvaged steel from Oxford Street.
Beyond the workspace, TBC.London is a place for locals. We’ve introduced a 16,000 sq ft food hall and the Urban Village Hall, designed for community use and events.
In addition to winning Adaptive Reuse of the Year, we are also proud finalists for the Archello Low Carbon Building of the Year award.
