Allfunds Group plc is the latest occupier to pre-let workspace at TBC.London, committing to 16,500 sq ft spanning the sixth and seventh floors. The WealthTech company is making our innovative net zero office development next to Tower Bridge its new London headquarters.
Allfunds is a leading global platform for the funds industry with over €1.4 trillion in assets under administration. The company is relocating from the West End to the new highly sustainable, wellbeing-focused workplace in a prime position on the south bank of the River Thames.
The deal, signed ahead of the building’s completion in Q1 2025, follows FORE and KKR pre-letting levels three and four at TBC.London to Sage, Britain’s biggest listed tech company, at the end of last year.
An ultra-low embodied carbon retrofit, TBC.London is net zero carbon in operation and 100% electric, with no fossil fuels used in running the property. We are targeting ambitious environmental assessments including EPC A, a NABERS Design for Performance score of 5.0 stars, and BREEAM Outstanding.
The 110,000 sq ft building has also been designed by Stiff + Trevillion to target WELL Platinum, the highest rating under the healthy building certification programme. All occupiers of the building have direct access to outdoor space through balconies and a spectacular planted rooftop terrace with river views. With premium cycling and changing facilities accessed via a dedicated entrance, the building has already achieved a Platinum ActiveScore rating.
An Urban Village Hall on the ground floor creates space for the local community to come together with tenants to build stronger relationships within the local area. The flexible 3,500 sq ft space is available to use free of charge for social enterprises, community groups, schools and others active in a wide spectrum of challenge areas from education and art to mental health.
