We recently shared a toast with our closest partners, colleagues, and friends to celebrate the official opening of TBC.London at our ‘Building Bridges’ event.
The event marked a significant milestone in the journey of a building acquired just before the pandemic, transformed from a disused concrete frame into one of London’s most advanced sustainable workspaces.
In his opening speech, FORE Partnership’s Managing Partner, Basil Demeroutis, spoke about the resilience and shared vision that carried the project through years of uncertainty, delivering not just a low-carbon building, but one designed around purpose, performance, and long-term value.
The calibre of the building is reflected in the calibre of its occupiers. We’re proud to have already welcomed Sage, Allfunds, and Blend Family - with Sage relocating from The Shard, a move that underlines the strength of TBC.London’s offer. Pre-lets have reached 65%, with rents exceeding £100/sq ft - a testament to the commercial viability of deep retrofit and values-driven design.
We’re equally excited about what’s ahead, including the opening of the Urban Village Hall, a dynamic community space that will soon be in active use, supporting local groups.
So what does TBC.London offer? Highlights include…
Thank you to everyone who joined on the night, including the incredible caterers, Beyond Food Foundation, and to all who helped to bring this vision to life.
