Last night, FORE Partnership took home the Retrofit Project of the Year – Small/Independent Firms at the @Property Week ESG EDGE Awards for its TBC.London project!

This is a testament to what’s possible when sustainability, heritage sensitivity, and commercial success come together. TBC.London has reimagined a 1980s office building into one of the UK’s most environmentally progressive workplaces, achieving ultra-low embodied carbon, pioneering PropTech material reuse, all while creating meaningful social impact through the Urban Village Hall.

The judges commended TBC.London as a “transformative benchmark for sustainable retrofit, proving that environmental innovation, heritage sensitivity, and commercial success can go hand in hand – setting a new gold standard for values-led, future-focused development”.
